Buy the way procurement lets you buy.

SimpleGrowth is an agentic CRM and CPQ for services teams. Run it as your CRM, or run it alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot with cross-CRM agents and a Lifeboat portability contract aligned with the EU Data Act. Two-way sync is on the roadmap; read-only connection verification ships today. There are two ways to pay for it: direct sign-up with a card or invoice, or through Microsoft Azure Marketplace on your Microsoft agreement.

How to buy

Direct sign-up

Pay with a card or invoice on our own Stripe account. Best for teams under 5 seats, single-department pilots, and anyone who wants to try the product without procurement involvement. Four tiers: Free, Starter Pack, Growth, Enterprise. The Starter Pack is a $99 flat rate for up to 5 seats, which only exists on this path.

Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Bought on your Microsoft Customer Agreement, invoiced by Microsoft. Best for teams that already procure other software through Microsoft Azure Marketplace and want one procurement path and one bill. Three per-seat tiers: Starter, Growth, Enterprise. Microsoft does not permit mixed flat-rate and per-seat pricing inside one Marketplace offer, so the Starter Pack is a direct-sign-up-only shape.

Available soon on Microsoft Azure MarketplaceSoon

Transactable on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Direct sign-up is the better fit for teams under 5 seats, where the Starter Pack flat rate is materially cheaper than the per-seat Marketplace Starter tier.

The Growth and Enterprise tiers are identically priced on both paths so a customer moving from direct to Marketplace at renewal keeps the same per-seat economics.

Data enrichment

Coming soon

ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clay are in development. No tier includes enrichment credits today and nothing on this page bills you for them. When a provider goes live its allotments and overage pricing get published here first. If you already pay one of them directly, you will be able to connect your own account instead of buying credits from us.

Better Together with Dynamics 365

Priced below Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise on purpose.

The Growth tier lands at $89 per seat, below the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise list price of $105. That is deliberate. SimpleGrowth strengthens your Dynamics investment with cross-CRM agents, agentic CPQ, and Microsoft Graph depth that Sales Copilot does not ship today. A Dynamics customer can add SimpleGrowth without triggering a new budget line.

Lifeboat clause, Enterprise tier

Your data stays yours. Contractually.

Every Enterprise MSA carries a portability clause: zero exit fees regardless of jurisdiction, aligned with the EU Data Act (Regulation 2023/2854). The contractual right applies today; the on-demand export tooling and machine-readable schema documentation that operationalize it are on the roadmap. When you leave, you leave with the data intact.

Why the ladder differs by channel

A short reference for the questions procurement and finance ask most often.

Why do the two channels have different tier ladders?
Microsoft Marketplace rejects offers that mix flat-rate and per-seat pricing in one listing. The direct-sign-up ladder carries the $99 flat Starter Pack for small teams because that shape works on Stripe. The Marketplace ladder is per-seat top to bottom because that is the shape Microsoft accepts. Growth and Enterprise are identical on both paths so per-seat customers see the same economics either way.
Which path should I pick?
If your team is under 5 seats, the Starter Pack on direct sign-up is materially cheaper than the per-seat Marketplace Starter tier. If procurement standardizes on Microsoft Azure Marketplace for third-party software, or you want one Microsoft invoice, take the Marketplace path. Growth and Enterprise economics are identical either way, so the choice is procurement shape, not price.
Can I move between channels later?
Yes. A customer on direct sign-up can transition to a Marketplace subscription at renewal, and vice versa. The workspace, integrations, and record graph move with the account. Grandfathered flat-rate Starter Pack customers stay on the flat rate for the life of that subscription and only shift to per-seat if they choose to change tier or move to Marketplace.
Is data enrichment included?
Not yet. Enrichment through ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clay is in development and none of it is billable today, so no tier carries an enrichment allotment and nothing on this page charges you for one. When a provider goes live we will publish its allotments and overage pricing here before switching it on, and customers who already pay a provider directly will be able to connect their own account rather than buy credits from us.
How long is the Free tier free?
Sixty days, on one seat, with no card. Before day 60 you can ask for an extension from inside the app and we grant it if you are genuinely using the product. Workspaces created before 11 August 2026 signed up under the earlier permanent-free terms and keep them. The Free tier is a real working CRM for one person, not a stripped demo: what it does not include is the AI surfaces and the multi-user features, and the pricing page says which those are.
Is there a free trial on paid tiers?
Growth and Enterprise ship with a 15-day trial by default. Longer sponsored trials for named partners and pilot customers are available on request.
Does the Lifeboat clause apply on both paths?
Yes. The Enterprise MSA carries the same portability language on direct sign-up and on Azure Marketplace: zero exit fees, aligned with the EU Data Act. The export tooling and machine-readable schema documentation that operationalize the clause are on the roadmap; the contractual right applies today regardless of billing channel.
